Constructed from aluminum, this metal double casement window with a standard size frame can be thermally broken and highly insulated with foam and features double pane tempered glass filled with argon gas! Also available in triple glazing or triple pane glass! All hardware included with your choice of a crank option to open with a middle mullion or a push-out option without a middle bar.

Sizes, Jamb, Rough Opening
Add 3/4″ to the window or door size for your rough opening. If a door is 36″ x 96″, you will need to make your rough opening to be 36-3/4″ x 96-3/
Materials
Black Badge Aluminum line features the most weathertight products with various materials. Aluminum door & window construction varies from product to product. Various options such as thermally broken frames are constructed in a complex matter. We recommend referring to each technical sheet for details.
What is Double-Pane & Triple Glazed Glass?
Insulated double paned tempered glass refers to 2 layers of glass construction in our windows and doors! Filled with argon gas in between, each door and window is insulated. Multiple products also offer triple glazing. Please see each product individually for details.
What is Argon Gas?
Argon gas is arguably the best insulation for glass in windows and doors because it does not conduct heat like regular air does. In addition to being extremely energy-efficient, it also helps prevent condensation frost buildup in the cold. Best of all? It’s not toxic!
